yoga

Remember to practice daily! I can even begin to express my gratitude to how far I've come in my practice. Yoga is a part of my life and will always be. To see pictures of my very first asanas and see pictures of my asanas now is so overwhelming! In one year I've grown as a person and my outlook on life is different, more positive and full with love for my self and those around me. And its all been because of yoga!!

  1. from the looks of those pictures you definitely look like you know what you're doing. i have scoliosis, and i really need to strengthen my core. what are some good yoga exercises that help do that? and just all around good (beginner) ones? cute blog by the way! (:
